Return Requests:
Return requests for purchases made from bartonperreira.mom must be made within 14 days from the customer receipt date as recorded by Fedex. A Fedex return label can be generated through our Return Portal. A $20 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items purchased from a Barton Perreira Retail Location or an Authorized Barton Perreira Retailer may not be returned to bartonperreira.mom and must be returned by visiting your original purchase location.
Quality / Component Requirements for Product Returns:
All product returned must be in a like new, re-saleable condition, and include all original protective materials and accessories including, but not limited to: temple sleeves, cases, cleaning cloths, authenticity cards, boxes, and booklets.
Product which has had the lenses removed or altered, has visibly been worn, or has been adjusted for custom bend and / or fit alteration will not receive a refund. The product will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for all applicable shipping fees associated with having the item shipped back to them.
Return Shipment:
Returns must be shipped using the provided label within 14 business days of receipt.
All return shipments should be sent back securely packed in their original corrugated carton and void fill. If the original corrugated carton is unavailable, a comparable heavy corrugated shipping carton and appropriate void fill materials may be used.
Any product damaged during return shipment due to inadequate packaging and / or void fill materials will not be the responsibility of bartonperreira.mom and no refund shall be issued.
Refund Amounts:
All successfully returned items will be credited to the payment method used to originally purchase the items minus the $20 return fee and/or additional fees based on product condition. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Some products purchased on special promotion may be non-refundable and final sale. This will be noted when placing your order. Original freight, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage charges, or return freight costs associated with their return. Any such fees charged to Barton Perreira will be deducted from the final refund. EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

If you withdraw in accordance with applicable law, we will refund eligible payments received from you, subject to any deductions permitted by law. Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Exchange Requests:
bartonperreira.mom does not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product for a different style or color, please return the product originally purchased in accordance with the policy listed above in order to receive a refund and then make a new purchase.
Right to Refuse Return:
Barton Perreira reserves the right to refuse returns that do not fully comply with the above Return Policy and all other applicable polices governing purchases made through bartonperreira.mom.
Returns deemed to fall outside of our policies and guidelines may be returned to the customer. The customer will be responsible for any applicable shipping fees associated with having the item shipped back to them.
